2-1-1 provides people with ways to get help, and give help. By simply dialing 2-1-1, callers can connect to health and human resources they need, as well as find meaningful volunteer opportunities.

Mental Health Support

The SafeUT app provides a way to connect to licensed counselors that are ready to listen to any sized crisis or concern. Support is immediate and confidential, and as easy as reaching for your phone and sending that first message.

National Alliance on Mental Health Utah advocates and supports individuals and families impacted by mental illness. They offer classes and support groups throughout Utah for families, caregivers, and individuals living with mental illness.
