Inside Philanthropy recently published a story about professional mentoring training programs, and it highlighted Friends of the Children and the forthcoming Duncan & Cindy Campbell National Center of Excellence for Professional Youth Mentoring.

The article focuses on trainings and other resources that can help mentors do their jobs more effectively. In the piece, she highlights the game-changing new Center which will open in Portland early this fall. The article also features a quote from staff of Friends of the Children - National and shouts out major funders of the exciting project.
